Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive with a strong technical background in AI-driven solutions to drive revenue growth in Singapore. You will engage cross-functional teams, map client needs to Agentforce and Data 360 capabilities, and deliver tailored, high-impact engagements across the Salesforce stack.

Ideal candidates have deep AI knowledge, a proven track record in technical B2B sales, and the ability to articulate complex AI-driven value to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise B2B sales for technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts and agent platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data landscapes including CDPs and data lakes.
• Experience with AI-driven customer engagement and Salesforce platform.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value for non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in technical sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and position Agentforce and Data 360 opportunities with prospective customers.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Sales team to drive growth for Agentforce and Data 360.
• Explain Salesforce product stack and Agentforce/Data 360 to customers for tailored solutions.
• Conduct in-depth technical discovery mapping client needs to Salesforce capabilities.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover critical business needs and map to solutions.
• Deliver compelling POVs highlighting value across technical and business partners.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process.
