Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for Service Cloud to drive revenue growth in Singapore. You will identify opportunities, define service transformation value, and close large deals with VP and CxO level, partnering with cross-functional teams.

As a trusted advisor, you will evangelize AI benefits in customer service, scale growth of Services Cloud, and build strong relationships within the Salesforce customer base and new prospects in the Singapore market.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in service applications and/or operational Customer Service Management.
• Proven ability to sell Customer Service solutions or drive transformation in a multinational enterprise.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service Operations and buyer profiles.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities for Service Cloud within Salesforce customer base and prospects.
• Define value of a service transformation to prospect management and close deals.
• Build trusted relationships with Heads of Customer Service and executives.
• Define and execute plans to accelerate growth of Service Cloud.
• Advise customers on AI benefits in service during meetings and events.
