Job summary

A multinational semiconductor company based in Singapore is seeking a Process Engineer. The candidate will support customer engineers in developing semiconductor front-end processes, compile test data for specifications, and work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues. A degree in Chemical/Materials Science Engineering is essential, while candidates with a keen interest and 2 years of experience in semiconductor processes will have an advantage. Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a cleanroom environment are required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemical/Materials Science Engineering is a must.
  • Candidates without experience but possess an interest in the semiconductor field are welcome to apply.
  • A candidate with at least 2 years of experience in the Semiconductor processes will be advantageous.
  • Willing to work in cleanroom environment.
  • Experience in Project Management desired.
  • A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
  • A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customer engineers on semiconductor front-end process development.
  • Compile and evaluate test data for process or material specifications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot processes.
