Roles & Responsibilities

Semiconductor Engineer – Probe Card Room

Key Responsibilities:

• OJT provided
• Liaise and follow up with Product Engineering Department to resolve probe card issues and improve testing yield performance.
• To prepare, review and implement operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications and / or customer’s requirements
• Communicate with Headquarter, customer and vendor on probe card related matter
• In the spirit of continuous improvement, you are required to work closely with customers, vendor and production to meet the quality requirements
• Produce daily report
• Analyse probe card data and generate report for management review
• Responsible in responding to customer’s queries on timely manner
• Responsible in PRVX operation and maintenance, and create reference files for probe card
• Review and update SOP or OI to align with current practice or specification
• Source for supplies and issue PR
• Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the management

Job Specification

• Min. Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to understand documents written in Chinese and coordinate with English and Mandarin speaking Headquarter, customers and vendors in regards with the probe card issues and other probe card related matters.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point for report generation and presentation
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
