Job description

Responsibilities

• AMHS system installation (OHT, STK, OHCV, LIFT, VC, ZFS, EFEM, …etc), and project control at customer site.
• Customer service for troubleshooting and repair of semiconductor automated equipment, including equipment maintenance and adjustments.
• System updates related to automated equipment.
• Log analysis, processing, and follow-up tracking of equipment to assist in repair and maintenance.
• Work progress communication and coordination.
• Data preparation and recording.
