Job summary

A leading asset management firm in Singapore is looking for a Security Officer to ensure property security. Responsibilities include conducting patrols, monitoring safety systems, managing access control, and responding to incidents. The ideal candidate should hold a PLRD Security Officer License, have at least six months of experience, and be physically fit. Qualifications

  • Minimum attained PLRD Security Officer (SO) License.
  • At least 6 months of working experience as a Security Officer.
  • Physically fit for long walking and standing duration.
  • Occupational First Aid + AED Certification.
  • Experience in MCST asset deployment with understanding of BMSMA By-Law.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to ensure property security.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and safety systems for unusual activity.
  • Manage access control for restricted areas to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Respond to security breaches and incidents, documenting critical information.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
  • Provide assistance, directions, and information to visitors and team members.
  • Respond to emergencies and execute evacuation procedures swiftly.
  • Handle found property following proper documentation procedures.
  • Manage traffic flow and crowd control within the property.
