Job Description

• Conduct daily patrols of the warehouse area, identify and correct potential safety hazards, and ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations.
• Organize or assist with safety training for warehouse employees to improve safety awareness and operating skills; ensure all employees understand and comply with safety procedures.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans (e.g., fire, accidents), regularly organize emergency drills, and improve the ability to handle unexpected events.
• Maintain warehouse fire‑fighting equipment such as fire extinguishers and hydrants; ensure they function properly and understand usage methods.
• Oversee hazardous goods stored in the warehouse, including storage and handling operations, ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards to prevent accidents.
• Participate in investigations of warehouse accidents, analyze causes, provide improvement suggestions, and assist with follow‑up handling.
• Prepare detailed records of daily safety inspections, training logs, accident reports, and submit reports to supervisors.
• Manage warehouse safety protection equipment (e.g., helmets, warning cones, reflective gear) to ensure staff use protective equipment correctly.
• Monitor the implementation of warehouse safety procedures, promptly stop and correct any violations, and follow up on the improvement of unsafe behaviours.
• Manage visitor registration and vehicle entry/exit; maintain company order and ensure the safety of warehouse staff, goods, and property.

Job Requirements
