Job summary

A legal firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Secretarial and Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support including managing correspondence, calendars, and legal documentation. Ideal candidates should have at least two years of experience and strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.   • Provide full secretarial and administrative support including responding to emails, letters, and faxes.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, book travel arrangements, and handle expense claims.

  • Prepare and handle correspondence, record updates, legal documents, court bundles, and other related paperwork.

  • Prepare and send out bills, including drafting bill narrations; track billing status and follow up with reminders as needed.

  • Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.


Requirements


  • Minimum qualification of ‘O’ Level, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in any discipline.

  • Minimum two years of experience in a secretarial or personal assistant role, preferably within a law firm.

  • Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in developing a career in the legal field are also welcome to apply.

  • Possesses strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT-savvy
