Job summary

A growing technology company is seeking a Human Resources Specialist responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operational activities for the Singapore hub and other Southeast Asian markets. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources Management, 3-5 years of HR experience, and familiarity with local employment laws. Responsibilities include managing recruitment lifecycle, employee transactions, and onboarding, along with ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience and maintaining accurate HR data.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Southeast Asia.
  • Oversee all employee lifecycle transactions.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
