Job description

The Opportunity

• Focus: Support method implementation, lab testing & equipment qualification in a GMP environment
• Office location: West
• Working hours: 5 days a week (Mon–Fri), Office hours
• This role will start off as 6-months contractual assignment.

The Talent

• Min Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Min 2 years of analytical testing experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory environment (downstream preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of analytical testing experience in pharmaceutical environment.
• Awareness for safe handling of chemicals, potentially dangerous materials and equipment.
• Good knowledge of laboratory and/or technical tools.
• Basic presentation skills, willingness to learn, good communication skills.
• Laboratory experience (especially downstream lab).
• Able to operate AKTA equipment.

Main Functions

As Scientist, MS&T Analytics Lab, you will support method development lifecycle management, and deviation investigations through hands‑on lab work and equipment oversight.

• Conduct analytical method implementation and testing for small- and pilot-scale studies
• Perform investigative testing to support deviation investigations
• Assist in evaluation of new lab equipment and maintenance of lab instructions
• Support equipment qualification, calibration, and change control processes
• Contribute to method evaluation, optimization, and reproduction of published techniques
• Ensure strict adherence to GxP, SOPs, and HSE policies in all lab activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including storage and archiving of test records
• Collaborate with other teams as needed for project support and lab operations
