Job Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Senior Consultant – Funds & Grants Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, particularly in Funds Management (FM) and Grants Management (GM), with exposure to non‑profit, public sector, or donor‑funded organizations. This role will involve delivering high‑impact SAP solutions and working closely with business and technical stakeholders across complex transformation projects.

Position Details

• Position: SAP Senior Consultant – Funds & Grants Management
• Platform: SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud
• Location: Singapore /Offshore
• Employment Type: Contract (3 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Funds Management (FM) and Grants Management (GM) solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with donor and regulatory requirements.
• Configure fund structures, grant master data, budget controls, availability control, and integration with SAP FI/CO.
• Support grant lifecycle processes including budgeting, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for non‑profit and donor‑funded financial processes.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, and data migration.
• Prepare documentation, conduct user training, and support change management initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
• Proven expertise in SAP Funds Management (FM) and Grants Management (GM).
• Experience in non‑profit, public sector, or donor‑funded organizations (highly preferred).
• Solid understanding of financial processes and integration with SAP FI/CO.
• Experience across full SAP project lifecycle (implementation, rollout, support).
• Ability to work as an external consultant in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar experience in non‑profit organisation is preferred.
