About the role

Our job as part of the Enterprise Application Solutions team is to ensure the smooth running of core business operations in the organization. On top of supporting day-to-day operations, we continuously identify opportunities to leverage new SAP technology and drive innovation in the organization. Most importantly, you will be working with a team of passionate, talented, and motivated individuals, where a dull moment at work will be a challenge to find. As a SAP Development Specialist, you help maintain our Business Units' success by leveraging your expertise and working with our partner to help ensure the smooth operation of our SAP Applications. You will also collaborate with your team and users to identify gaps and suggest system improvements and enhancements to keep up with technology and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain custom applications and integrations within SAP S/4HANA, BTP and Fiori.
• Responsible for analyzing high-level business requirements and define technical requirements for on-going systems maintenance for SAP S/4HANA, mainly change requests, incidents, and future functionalities.
• Prepare effort estimation, test plans, cases, test scripts, test results, and the technical and process flow documentation according to the adopted methodologies.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned work with high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain an effective and cooperative working relationship with the ERP team, process owners, project consultants, and vendors. Involve in design and implement AI-driven use cases using SAP and/or Microsoft AI tools.
• Keep updated with industry knowledge and associated skills.
• The scope of duties and responsibilities may be enlarged or reduced at the Management's discretion, depending on the requirements of the IT Department and Management's assessment of your performance.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Certification in SAP ABAP Workbench is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in ABAP development emphasizing one or more of the following modules: FI/CO/RE/MM/PS.
• Excellent familiarity with the following SAP Development tools: Smartforms, Mailforms, ALV Reporting, MS Excel Report via XML scripts, Data Set Import/Export, LSMW, Function Modules, BAPI, BADI, and Enhancement implementation, Transaction Launcher, Workflow.
• Experience with ABAP Debugger and ABAP Runtime Analysis tool.SAP Fiori/SAP UI5, JavaScript/JQuery, HTML5, and REST API experience is a plus.
