Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Higher Professional Education in a technical, maritime or nautical field.
• Extensive experience in the Oil & Gas/Maritime Salvage industry.
• Strong people management skills with demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SHE-Q standards and take corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor and support ongoing projects with site visits and strong information flows.
• Lead and develop the operations team to drive performance.
• Develop specialist salvage expertise for effective execution methods.
• Support tendering processes with operational input.
• Ensure effective staffing allocation for projects.
• Maintain a strong operational response network for global mobilization.
• Encourage information flow between teams to support project monitoring.
