Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Sales Admin to handle order processing, quotations, invoicing, and customer support. You will maintain pricing lists and inventory data in CRM/ERP systems and prepare regular sales reports.

You will coordinate with shipping, warehouse, and finance to ensure timely deliveries, respond to inquiries, and help keep accurate data. A Diploma in Business and strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) are preferred for this FMCG role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or related field.
• Strong Excel skills, particularly Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• FMCG sales admin experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new orders, prepare quotations, and generate invoices.
• Answer sales phone calls, reply to emails, and resolve client questions or complaints.
• Maintain and update customer information, pricing lists, and inventory in CRM/ERP systems.
• Compile daily, weekly, or monthly sales numbers for managers.
• Coordinate with shipping, warehouse, and finance to ensure timely deliveries.
