Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent Sales Admin who will handle order processing, quotations, invoicing, and customer inquiries from a Woodlands location in Singapore.

You will coordinate with logistics, finance, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate data entry in CRM/ERP systems. Requirements include a Diploma in Business or related field, strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUP), and prior Sales Admin experience in FMCG is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel, especially pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Sales Admin experience in FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new orders and prepare quotations.
• Generate invoices and handle customer inquiries.
• Maintain customer data, pricing lists, and inventory in CRM/ERP.
• Compile daily, weekly, or monthly sales numbers for managers.
• Coordinate with shipping, warehouse, and finance to ensure timely deliveries.
