Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Admin to support order processing, quotations, invoicing, and customer inquiries at our Woodlands Link location in Singapore.

This role combines data management with hands-on sales support to ensure smooth processes and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Business or related field and strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, with FMCG sales admin experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Business or related field.
• Well verse in Ms Excel - pivot table and V-Look up
• Sales Admin experience in the FMCG industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Enter new orders, prepare quotations, and generate invoices.
• Customer Support: Answer sales phone calls, reply to emails, and resolve client complaints or questions.
• Data Management: Maintain and update customer information, pricing lists, and inventory levels in CRM or ERP systems.
• Sales Reporting: Compile daily, weekly, or monthly sales numbers for managers.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with the shipping, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure timely deliveries.
