Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Admin to support order processing, quotations, and invoicing. Based in Woodlands, the role requires handling customer inquiries and maintaining accurate pricing and product details in the CRM/ERP systems.

You will collaborate with shipping, warehouse and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries, provide timely sales reports, and keep customer data up to date. A Diploma in Business and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in business or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel, especially pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Sales admin experience in FMCG preferred or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Enter new orders, prepare quotations, and generate invoices.
• Customer Support: Answer sales phone calls, reply to emails, and resolve client inquiries or complaints.
• Data Management: Maintain and update customer information, pricing lists, and inventory in CRM/ERP systems.
• Sales Reporting: Compile daily, weekly, or monthly sales figures for managers.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with shipping, warehouse and finance to ensure timely deliveries.
