Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Admin in Singapore to support quotations, receive and scrutinize customer orders, and coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to expedite fulfilment.

You will be the primary contact for customers, provide order status updates, prepare shipping documents, and help generate sales reports. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in sales coordination or customer service are required; SAP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and disseminate quotations for equipment spare parts.
• Receive and scrutinize customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness; generate internal job orders.
• Collaborate with production, project managers, logistics, and other departments to expedite order fulfilment and prepare shipping documents.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on products, services, and order status.
• Obtain a Certificate Of Origin (COO) position from government agencies.
• Provide updates on orders, delivery schedules, and potential issues to customers.
• Generate and maintain sales reports, track performance, and forecast trends.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management; summarize KPIs and trends.
• Analyze sales data to identify improvements and support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the finance department for invoicing and payment processing.
• Provide feedback to the sales team based on customer interactions and market intelligence.
