Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Admin to handle order processing, quotations, invoicing, and customer support.

You will maintain customer data in CRM/ERP and generate regular sales reports for management. The role involves coordinating with shipping, warehouse, and finance to ensure timely deliveries. Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Business, strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUP), and prior Sales Admin experience in FMCG is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or related field.
• Experience in Sales Admin is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, especially pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Enter new orders and prepare quotations and invoices.
• Answer sales phone calls and respond to emails, resolve client queries.
• Maintain customer data, pricing lists, and inventory in CRM/ERP.
• Compile daily/weekly/monthly sales numbers for managers.
• Coordinate with shipping, warehouse, and finance for timely deliveries.
