Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to handle quotations for spare parts, review orders, and coordinate across teams to ensure timely fulfilment.

You will act as the main customer contact, provide order updates, and prepare sales reports. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in business/sales, at least 2 years in sales coordination or customer service, and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor39s or diploma in business, sales or related field.
• At least 2 years in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and disseminate quotations for equipment spare parts.
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and generate internal orders.
• Coordinate with production, project managers, logistics and other departments to expedite orders.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and provide order updates and product information.
• Obtain COO positions from government agencies when needed.
• Communicate delivery schedules and potential issues to customers.
• Generate and maintain sales reports and track performance.
• Prepare regular management sales summaries and KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and support decisions.
• Collaborate with finance for invoicing and payments.
• Provide market feedback to the sales team.
