Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm
After Confirmed Entitled to 6 Days WFH Per Month
Location: 2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore
Basic: $2,800 - $3,400 + AWS + Performance Bonus [ March ]
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience as sales support, preferable in Marine or Engineering Sectors [ Spare Parts]
Product training provided by sales team or sales director from Italy.
Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations, processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
Sales Coordination for the dedicated countries
Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
Provide full sales and daily operational support to Area Manager
