Job description
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage merchants via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outbound channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on merchant profile, readiness, and interest in reservation or SaaS tools.
  • Schedule and book sales meetings, ensuring briefing sheets are accurate and complete.
  • Manage and update lead records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Streak) to maintain a clean pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Merchant Sales Team on lead quality and meeting outcomes.
  • Track and report outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product offerings and market trends.
Requirements
  • B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and a strong team player.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and well-spoken with a knack for sales and relationship building.
  • Experience in F&B or hospitality industry and understanding of reservation systems or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Streak.
