We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Inside Sales Officer to join our growing team.

Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and supporting sales conversions. You will engage with prospects through calls, messages, and online platforms, follow up with leads from seminars/webinars, and ensure a smooth onboarding journey for clients interested in our EA trading solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients in the financial technology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach via calls, WhatsApp, and email to engage prospects and convert them into paying clients.
  • Follow up with seminar/webinar attendees who did not sign up immediately.
  • Explain the value of our software clearly and persuasively.
  • Support clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have all necessary information.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and support teams to improve closing rates.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of inside sales / telesales / financial sales experience.
  • Strong interest in finance, trading, or fintech (experience in Forex/CFDs is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, persuasive, and confident in handling client objections.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
