Job summary

A leading international trading company located in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to work closely with the General Manager on marketing strategies for Chemical & Polymer raw materials. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business or Supply Chain Management and at least 3 years of experience in international trading. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, managing a team, and maintaining customer relationships. Business travel within Southeast Asia is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in International Trading.
• Resourceful with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Work with management on sales and marketing of Chemical & Polymer raw materials.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with General Manager and Group Leader regarding sales and marketing of Chemical & Polymer raw materials
• Negotiate and liaise with customers & suppliers regarding price, supply & quality of the above
• Oversee overall operations in a group and work in a team to achieve group target
• Lead and manage junior executives and sales coordinators in achieving business targets, including performance evaluation
• Customer credit monitoring & application
• Manage & expand existing accounts in both local & overseas markets
• Review & Manage Accounts Receivable & Internal Stocks
• Create and renew our business and business model in accordance with our strategies
• Prepare timely management reports on credit usage and information of new accounts
• Any other duties or jobs assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Degree in any fields business/Supply Chain Management
• At least 3years working experience in International Trading
• Resourceful, good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills and able to work independently in fast paced working environment
• Business trip is required within SEA
