A prominent retail company in Singapore seeks a Sales & Retail Support Manager to oversee and enhance sales operations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of retail sales management experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in market research. The role includes training staff, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining inventory levels. This permanent position offers a salary up to SGD 5000 plus bonuses.

Identify and curate attractive product assortments to propose to external stakeholders in support of in-store events.
Conduct market research and recommend new business opportunities and ideas for service improvements to drive profitability.
Ensure service and operational excellence by establishing and enforcing organizational standards across the sales team.
Deliver product training to Retail Promoters and ensure they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge.
Ensure the sales team adheres to the company's SOPs and policies.
Oversee product displays and POP (Point of Purchase) materials, including price and product tags, ensuring compliance with company and departmental store guidelines.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing timely support, guidance, and communication.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data.
Monitor and manage healthy inventory levels across retail stores.
Assist with stock movements and event setups (e.g., setting up wagons), including the flexibility to travel between stores as needed.
Mentor and support the sales team by providing solutions, answering procedural and technical queries, and promoting skills development.
Oversee daily retail operations including inventory processing, logistics coordination, and team support including weekends when necessary.
Develop and implement sales strategies, collaborate closely with the sales team to meet targets, and lead monthly sales meetings.
Support the Merchandising Team with stock-taking activities and ensure compliance with company SOPs related to stock movement.
Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Min.3 years of working experience as a Sales manager in the retail industry
Proven background in retail sales, preferably with experience managing retail outlets or department store counters
Candidates with prior experience overseeing departmental counters in major retail establishments such as Takashimaya, CK Tangs, or Isetan will be highly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Especially Excel and PowerPoint), PS (Photoshop) or Al (Adobe Illustrator) will be added advantage
Must be willing to work late hours when required, especially during event setups and teardowns.
