Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist walk-in customers in the retail store
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver excellent customer experience
• Handle cashiering, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks
• Ensure product displays are neat, updated, and visually appealing
• Support store operations including inventory checks and stock replenishment
• Attend to after-sales enquiries when required

Requirements

• Singaporean / PR
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred (consumer electronics experience is a bonus!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, driven, and customer-oriented
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends/PH
• Basic computer literacy
