Star Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking an Administrative Sales & Marketing Executive to support order processing, stock checks, invoicing, and customer data maintenance. The role involves liaising with warehouse staff, drivers, supervisors, and clients in Mandarin, and requires a collaborative, proactive attitude.

The position accommodates day/night shift coverage within the operation departments handling frozen foods, poultry, and roasted products.

Mansioni

• Receive and process customer orders using ERP system.
• Check stocks/stock take before loading onto delivery vehicle.
• Issue invoices upon verification.
• Maintain customers' profiles and price lists.
• Handle customer complaints/feedback and report to management.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
