Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Admin in Woodlands, Singapore to support order processing, quotations, invoicing, and customer inquiries.

You will manage CRM/ERP data, generate sales reports, and coordinate with shipping, warehouse, and finance to ensure timely deliveries. The role requires a Diploma in Business or related field and strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP); FMCG sales admin experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Business or related field.
• Well versed in MS Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Sales Admin experience in FMCG industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new orders, prepare quotations, and generate invoices.
• Answer sales phone calls, reply to emails, and resolve client questions or complaints.
• Maintain and update customer information, pricing lists, and inventory in CRM or ERP systems.
• Compile daily, weekly, or monthly sales numbers for managers.
• Coordinate with shipping, warehouse, and finance to ensure timely deliveries.
