Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte Ltd in Tuas, Singapore is seeking a diligent order processing specialist to support sales and fulfilment. You will manage customer orders, prepare quotes and sales documents, and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams. The role requires attention to detail, timely updates to customers and the sales team, and handling amendments, cancellations, and urgent requests. Working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, five days a week including one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate closely with customers, Sales Representatives, warehouse, logistics, and internal departments.
• Follow up on order fulfilment, deliveries, stock availability, and order status.
• Handle order amendments, cancellations, urgent requests, and customer enquiries.
• Provide timely updates to customers and the sales team on order progress.
• Assist with customer account creation and required documentation.

Job description

• Location: Tuas, Singapore

• Salary: Up to $5,000 Basic

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 5-day work week | 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day
