Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support the sales team from our base in Kranji. The role focuses on processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships.

You will manage documentation, track shipments, and assist with forecasts and planning to ensure timely deliveries while upholding high service standards for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role, preferably within Interior Design/Construction Materials industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, issuing delivery orders, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with the sales and purchasing team to fulfil customer orders and resolve order issues.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Manage customer and supplier relationships.
• Prepare and maintain sales records, including purchase orders, shipping documents, and invoices.
• Support the sales team by providing updates on inventory, order statuses, and shipment tracking.
• Assist with preparation of sales forecasts and demand planning.
• Handle customs documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas suppliers for long-term collaboration.
• Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to coordinate order processing and payments.
