Job summary

ABPGROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Sales Operations Executive to manage the full order lifecycle from PO receipt to invoicing, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Vendors and Logistics partners to ensure accurate execution and healthy margins.

You will process POs, verify pricing, track shipments and maintain ERP records, ensuring compliance with SOPs across the order-to-cash process.

Strong numerical plus communication skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic supply-chain role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or related discipline.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong numerical ability to calculate margins and validate costs.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and promptly.
• Review POs for pricing, quantities, delivery requirements and terms.
• Create and maintain sales orders in the ERP system.
• Track order status from receipt through delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Prepare shipping documentation and monitor inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Support month-end order reconciliation and pricing discrepancies.
• Provide order status updates to the Sales team.
