You will verify pricing, maintain order documentation, prepare invoices and COO documents, respond to inquiries, and arrange courier services and samples as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum O level or ITE certificate.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in order processing, tracking, and shipment coordination.
• Strong attention to detail in verifying pricing and managing orders.
• Ability to respond professionally to customer inquiries and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process, track, and monitor customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Confirm delivery schedules and communicate updates to customers.
• Coordinate logistics by liaising with internal and external parties.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments to support collections.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to orders and shipments.
