Job summary

PRECISE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales Operations Associate to support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and client communications.

You will coordinate across sales, design, procurement, and production, and maintain accurate CRM records to ensure smooth information flow. The role covers order and contract administration, project coordination, data reporting, and process improvements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team with quotations, proposals and pitch documents for client presentations.
• Coordinate between sales, design, procurement and production teams for smooth information flow across departments.
• Maintain accurate records of client accounts, project status and sales pipeline in CRM/Excel.
• Assist in tracking sales targets and preparing performance reports for management.
• Process sales orders, contracts and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups and coordinate with finance for timely billing and collections.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets and resource allocation across multiple ongoing projects.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers/contractors to track project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project status and flag delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare project cost estimates and budget tracking reports.
• Maintain data accuracy in sales operations databases and prepare regular reports and dashboards.
• Analyze sales data and project metrics to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
• Act as a secondary point of contact for client inquiries and support in client meetings.
