Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat to address questions, concerns and delivery updates.
• Process customer orders, coordinate shipping schedules, monitor delivery statuses, and provide tracking updates.
• Monitor hardware inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and log serial numbers to prevent shortages.
• Investigate order discrepancies, resolve shipping delays with logistics partners, and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Track service metrics like resolution times and ensure logistics and service steps meet standards.
• Collaborate with sales, technical support, and warehouse teams to align stock with demand.
• Perform other operational, administrative, or warehouse duties as required.
