Job summary

PERSOL is assisting a client in Singapore to hire a Sales Operations Associate - Order Processing. You will ensure precise and prompt processing of orders from distributors and subsidiaries, and verify LC copies with timely communication of discrepancies.

Requirements include a Diploma in Business, Logistics, Trade Finance or related field, at least three years in order processing and shipping, familiarity with Incoterms and trade finance instruments, ERP (SAP/Oracle) experience, and strong MS

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in business/logistics or related field.
3+ years in order processing and shipping.
Familiarity with Incoterms and trade finance instruments preferred (LC/D/P/D/A/BG).
ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) preferred.
MS Office 365 proficiency (Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/Word/Excel).
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Process orders from distributors and subsidiaries promptly and accurately.
Verify LC copies and inform customers of discrepancies.
Coordinate shipments with Shipping Documentation team and ensure proper documentation.
Advise distributors and subsidiaries on stock availability.
Prepare commission documentation.
Create new account codes for onboarding customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and subsidiaries.
