Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hands-on order processing experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. This role is based in Singapore and involves daily operational responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum O level or ITE certificate.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in order processing, tracking, and shipment coordination.
• Strong attention to detail when verifying pricing and managing orders.
• Professional communication with customers and relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process, track, and monitor customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Confirm delivery schedules and communicate updates to customers.
• Coordinate logistics with internal and external parties.
• Follow up on outstanding payments to support collections.
• Maintain documentation and records related to orders and shipments.
• Prepare invoices, COO, and other work orders for billing and compliance.
• Respond to calls, emails and inquiries related to operations.
• Collaborate with sales, production and warehouse teams daily.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Operations Executive role may be considered for senior candidates.
