Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate orders, shipments, and supporting documentation across multiple regions. You will work with order processing teams to ensure accurate shipping tasks and timely carrier bookings.

The role requires a Diploma and at least three years in order processing, shipping, and trade documentation, with ERP familiarity and strong MS Office skills. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Logistics, Trade Finance, or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in order processing, shipping, and tradedocumentation across any industry.
• Familiarity with International trade Incoterms and trade finance instruments is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Effective interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of shipping tasks assigned by the order processing team.
• Dispatch pick and pack instructions to the warehouse.
• Arrange carrier bookings with freight forwarders upon receiving packing list details.
• Draft necessary documents for customer verification.
• Prepare additional documents in accordance with contract terms.
• Verify there are no discrepancies in the Letter of Credit.
• Submit bank documentation for negotiation purposes.
• Facilitates sales recognition after receiving complete installation reports from customers.
• Notify relevant parties of shipment delays and coordinate alternative delivery dates as needed.
• Monitor packing and shipment processes and conduct follow-ups.
