An innovative educational company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to lead sales conversations and ensure a top-tier customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience working with children and in customer service, and is able to communicate effectively. You will consult with families, manage center operations, and contribute to the growth of our programs. This role provides a competitive salary and the chance to blend education with storytelling.
Location : Based at United Square (typically), but flexibility required to work at Bukit Timah Plaza when needed
Eligibility : Open to Singaporeans/ PR/ MOE tuition grant recipients requiring Employment pass

As a Sales Operations Executive, you’ll be the go-to guide for families exploring our programs. You’ll lead sales conversations, ensure a top-tier customer experience, and support daily center operations.
