What You’ll Do

As a Sales Operations Executive, you’ll be the go-to guide for families exploring our programs. You’ll lead sales conversations, ensure a top-tier customer experience, and support daily center operations.

  • Sales & Parent Engagement : Consult with new families, recommend programs, and drive enrollments
  • Customer Relationships : Build trust, manage ongoing communications, and upsell classes, camps, and workshops
  • Center Operations : Ensure classrooms are ready, prep materials, track inventory, and capture media (photos/videos)
  • Admin & Data : Manage attendance, class scheduling, and CRM/spreadsheet data. Assist with basic reporting
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year working with children
  • 1+ year in customer service or sales
  • Great communicator with a warm, confident presence
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Able to work weekends and flexible weekdays
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, and CRM systems
  • Bonus: Background in education or enrichment programs
