Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator to support order processing, data management, and customer service in the FMCG sector. Proficiency in Excel and strong data handling will help manage pricing, orders, and inventories.

Five-day work week with opportunities for career progression and an attractive salary package. Prior FMCG sales admin experience is preferred, and a Diploma in Business or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Business or a related field.
• Well verse in Ms Excel - pivot table and V-Look up
• Sales Admin experience in the FMCG industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Enter new orders, prepare quotations, and generate invoices.
• Customer Support: Answer sales phone calls, reply to emails, and resolve client complaints or questions.
• Data Management: Maintain and update customer information, pricing lists, and inventory levels in CRM or ERP systems.
• Sales Reporting: Compile daily, weekly, or monthly sales numbers for managers.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with the shipping, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure timely deliveries.
