Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Admin to support order processing, pricing, and customer service at our Woodlands Link office near Admiralty MRT. Work days are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6pm, with a monthly salary between SGD 2,500 and SGD 2,800.

The role involves coordinating with shipping, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries, maintaining accurate data in CRM/ERP, and generating regular sales reports for managers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or related field.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Sales admin experience in FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new orders, prepare quotations, and generate invoices.
• Answer sales calls, reply to emails, and resolve client questions or complaints.
• Maintain customer data, pricing lists, and inventory in CRM/ERP.
