THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Singapore (Woodlands).

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, with a salary range of SGD 2,500–2,800 per month. Responsibilities include entering new orders, preparing quotations, generating invoices, handling sales inquiries, updating pricing and inventory in CRM/ERP, and compiling sales reports. Requirements: Diploma in Business or related field; proficient Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP); FMCG sales admin

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Business or a related field.
• Well versed in Ms Excel - pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Sales Admin experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order processing: Enter new orders, prepare quotations, and generate invoices.
• Customer support: Answer sales phone calls, reply to emails, and resolve client complaints or questions.
• Data management: Maintain and update customer information, pricing lists, and inventory levels in CRM or ERP systems.
• Sales reporting: Compile daily, weekly, or monthly sales numbers for managers.
• Team coordination: Coordinate with the shipping, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure timely deliveries.
