We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Office Manager to oversee the full order-to-delivery process and ensure smooth daily office operations. This role supports the sales team, manages customer service activities, and drives efficiency across our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
- Monitor order status, communicate updates, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify process gaps and lead improvements to enhance order fulfilment efficiency.
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and inventory teams to resolve operational issues.
Customer Service & CRM
- Provide high-level customer support and ensure excellent service standards.
- Train and guide customer service team members.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to support repeat business.
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and administrative needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a key liaison between sales, logistics, and other internal teams.
- Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and operational follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in sales operations, order management, or customer service.
- Experience in FMCG or distribution environment is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of order processing and customer service workflows.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must); experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
