Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products such as curtains, blinds, lighting, bathroom fittings, and kitchen accessories according to their needs and preferences.
- Provide professional product knowledge and design recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle sales transactions and ensure smooth payment, delivery, and installation processes.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote products and attract new customers.
- Manage and update social media platforms, online listings, and marketing content.
- Arrange and coordinate job schedules with customers, suppliers, installers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and project completion.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure a clean, organised store environment.
- Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, retail, or marketing (experience in home décor, furniture, or renovation industry is an advantage).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Creative, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple job schedules effectively.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (with off days provided).
