Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a proactive business development professional to generate and grow business with existing clients while developing new market opportunities. Responsibilities include establishing excellent customer relationships, performing pre and post sales activities, and preparing relevant documentation. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a customer service orientation, and the ability to work under stress. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

• Generate and grow business with existing clients and develop new business source by identifying market opportunities
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers.
• Perform full pre and post sales activities
• Preparation of quotations, relevant payment documentations, and other pricing enquiries
• Liaise with multiple business units and working as a team
• Responsible for investigating, resolving queries and implementation of system for customers

Requirements

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Candidates with sales background experience will be advantageous
