About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you will focus on managing the leasing of our property portfolio, which includes residential and commercial.

You will be responsible for leasing out available units, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and ensuring smooth tenancy operations from start to finish. Additionally, you will oversee property maintenance matters and work to achieve optimal occupancy rates across our inventory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and passionate about property management.

Please note: This role does not involve commission-based sales.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
  • Drive property sales and tenancy deals, focusing on closing high-quality transactions.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new and existing property portfolios (e.g., show flats, digital campaigns, agent collaborations).
  • Manage and expand the property agent network to generate leads and maximize sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and adopt proactive follow-up practices.
Training & Network Building
  • Deliver weekly presentations and follow-ups to strengthen engagement with property agents.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to agents to enhance productivity.
Customer Success & After‑Sales
  • Manage pre‑ and post‑sales/tenancy activities, including coordination with subcontractors for unit touch‑ups and repairs.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and tenancy management.
  • Identify and drive new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Directors and Department Heads on sales and marketing strategies.
  • Take on ad‑hoc initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Proven sales management track record, ideally in property/real estate, with strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Hands‑on experience in agent management, telesales, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office Applications.
  • Strong leadership and team training skills, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Results‑driven, customer‑focused, highly organized, and able to perform in a fast‑paced environment.
