• >10 yrs experience, strong background in sales with a proven track record of driving double-digit year-on-year growth
• Experience in the pet accessories or pet products industry
• Previous experience managing distributors
• Expertise in new product development and new product launch strategies
• Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to lead a sales team and collaborate with other functions
