This role is responsible for driving Siemens fire safety product sales via our partner channel and collaborating closely with System Integrators and Resellers to successfully deliver solutions to the market.

You’ll make a difference by:
  • Drive Fire Safety Sales: Lead sales efforts for fire safety products for our Partner Channel (System Integrators and Resellers) in greenfield and brownfield projects.
  • Support Building Automation Sales: Support our team in partner‑led Building Automation opportunities and projects.
  • Shape decision making through education: Engage end customers, contractors, and consultants to build understanding, trust, and preference for our local code‑compliant, innovative fire protection solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Develop New & Existing Partners: Strengthen and expand our partner ecosystem by identifying, onboarding, and growing strategic partners, ensuring they are equipped to successfully promote, sell, and deliver Siemens fire safety solutions.
  • Maximize Fire Safety Market Potential: Identify high‑potential segments (e.g., data centers, buildings, industrial) and position Siemens as a trusted provider of innovative fire safety solutions.
  • Deliver Sales & Profit Growth: Achieve business targets through strategic, value‑based selling of fire safety systems, focusing on high‑margin, compliant, and future‑ready offerings.
  • Build Trusted Client Relationships: Establish long‑term relationships by delivering reliable fire safety solutions and acting as a consultative advisor on compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Drive Digital Fire Safety Innovation: Advocate for smart fire safety technologies, remote diagnostics, IoT‑enabled systems, supporting fire safety compliance with international and local standards, and sustainability goals.
Your Defining Qualities:
  • Fire Safety Sales Expertise: 5–10 years of experience in fire safety sales, with strong knowledge of detection, alarm, and suppression systems and relevant codes. Additional knowledge in Building Automation is a plus.
  • Technical & Regulatory Knowledge: Extensive understanding of fire protection technologies and industry regulations.
  • Strategic & Agile: Proven ability to align fire safety solutions with client goals, adapting to changing regulations and market needs.
  • Effective Communicator: Skilled at translating technical fire safety offerings into clear value for stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and end‑users.
  • Collaborative & Accountable: Self‑driven team player who thrives in cross‑functional, multicultural environments focused on customer success and safety.
