  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned targets.

  • Identify key differentiators and work with internal teams to support customer acquisition and retention.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to secure new business opportunities.

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships at various levels.

  • Drive initiatives that create added value and long‑term partnerships with customers.

  • Turn potential opportunities into actionable business plans.

  • Monitor market trends, demand, and competitors to maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and pricing.

  • Maximize gross profit by adjusting pricing based on cost, competition, and market conditions.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Prepare SOPs for newly secured customers and brief operational teams to ensure process clarity.

  • Assist in resolving customer service issues when required.

  • Update sales activities in Salesforce for accurate and timely reporting.

  • Work with marketing and admin teams to develop and utilize customer‑related materials and collateral.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications And Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic, Sales, or an equivalent field is preferred

  • 5 to 8 years in sales positions in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry is preferred

  • Proven experience in business development and strategic account Management

  • Strong market knowledge in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, preferably with specialisations in certain industry verticals
