About the Team

As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for after-sales services for Medium Voltage & Low Voltage Switchgears and related systems in Singapore. Your role involves developing and managing go-to-market strategies and sales action plans to meet qualitative and quantitative targets profitably while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities
  • Drive Market Strategies: Analyze market trends, create targeted sales approaches, maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts, and leverage sales databases to identify new opportunities.
  • After-sales Services: Handle technical and commercial inquiries related to retrofits, upgrades, and maintenance of MV and LV Switchgear and related systems.
  • Relationship Building: Organize and lead technical sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations with clients and consultants.
  • Business Development and Client Retention: Provide excellent after-sales service to existing clients, prospect for new customers, and drive sales growth to meet revenue and profit goals.
  • Partner Management: Collaborate with proposal and project teams and vendors to ensure project compliance and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5–10 years of industry experience in sales with local engineering contractors or switchgear firms.
  • Proficiency in MV Switchgear (GIS and AIS) / LV Switchgears and MS-Office; knowledge of SCADA, Transformers, and auxiliary power supplies is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; adaptable to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
