About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join our growing logistics team. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding customer accounts, and driving revenue growth within the logistics and supply chain sector. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge, a proven track record in sales, and excellent client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Logistics/Freight/Supply Chain industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with customers.
  • Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities.
Requirements
